About the position The Spanish Call Center Banker position at Aryan Solutions PTE. The banker will be responsible for balancing service requests with sales opportunities, ensuring that clients receive the best possible advice and support. The position requires a deep understanding of financial products and the ability to ask insightful questions to uncover clients' life and financial objectives. By pairing clients with appropriate solutions and services, the banker plays a crucial role in enhancing client satisfaction and loyalty. In this role, the banker will engage with clients to build and deepen relationships, identifying their financial needs and recommending suitable products and services. This includes selling and fulfilling various banking products such as checking and savings accounts, credit cards, Certificates of Deposit (CDs), Individual Retirement Accounts (IRAs), and loans. The banker will also be responsible for quoting rates, terms, and programs for banking solutions, while managing risk in every transaction by leveraging available tools. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a customer-focused mindset, ensuring that every client interaction is positive and productive.
