LVN/LPN Prior Authorization Nurse (Case Management Analyst) Set-up: 100% Remote. Work and Training Schedule: Monday - Friday 8-5pm CST, will need to work every 6th weekend (both Saturday & Sunday - will have days off during the week) Pay Range: Up to $27/hour Tentative Start Date: 02/17/2025 Initial Assignment Length: 3-4 months contract with possibility for extension/conversion based on performance, attendance and business need. Overview: • Delivers professional activities in the Case Management job family. • Coordinates enrollee care needs across the continuum for assigned • Interviews members and relatives to obtain social history relevant to medical problems and care planning. • Assists members with environmental difficulties that interfere with obtaining maximum benefits from medical care. • Serves as a liaison between primary care team, members, relatives and appropriate outside agencies. • Applies standard techniques and procedures to routine instructions that require professional knowledge in specialist areas. • Provides standard professional advice and creates initial reports/analyses for review. • May provide guidance, coaching, and direction to more junior members of the team in Case Management. • members who are medically stable, but require primary psychosocial support and acute intermittent medical support. 3 Non-Negotiable Skills: • Excellent computer skills • Prior Authorization Experience • Attention to detail Must have: • Must must a LPN or LVN.
