Responsibilities • Resolve cardmember inquiries regarding fraud or security-related concerns. , • Verify flagged transactions and authenticate callers. , • Report accounts as fraud and complete necessary fraud reports. , • Handle inbound servicing calls and make outbound calls to verify account activity. , • Manage and escalate risk and customer-impacting issues to management. , • Ensure proper follow-up or escalation of accounts based on call outcomes. Requirements • High school diploma or GED required. , • 1+ years of experience in call center or customer service preferred. , • Ability to communicate verbally and in written form. , • Ability to operate office equipment such as computers and telephones.
