The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting ARC's mission to enhance economic growth and community capacity in the Appalachian region. Responsibilities • Manage a team of seven finance and administration professionals. , • Ensure sound stewardship and accountability for appropriated funds. , • Oversee budget management and compliance with federal grant disbursement guidelines. , • Collaborate with the Executive Director to align financial strategies with organizational goals. , • Implement OMB processes related to grant distribution. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Grants Management, or a related field. , • Minimum of seven years of relevant experience in finance and administration. , • Familiarity with OMB processes related to grant distribution and budget management. , • Valid CPA license is required. Nice-to-haves • Certified Government Financial Manager (CGFM) certification is desired.
