About the position As a Loan Closing Coordinator in Middle Market Lending at JPMorgan Chase, you will play a crucial role in coordinating activities between the Banker, Credit Officer, and other areas of Wholesale Lending Services. This position involves managing the preparation of commercial loan documentation, ensuring accuracy in loan agreements, and facilitating the loan booking and funding processes. Responsibilities Coordinate all commercial document preparation activities through Hot Docs , Work jointly with the Credit Officer and Banker to coordinate document preparation activities , Review draft and executed loan documents such as loan agreements, notes, guaranties, and security documents for accuracy and agreement with approved terms , Coordinate with WLS partners for the release, substitution, or addition of collateral Requirements 1 year of financial services operations experience or a Bachelor's Degree , Good verbal, written, and organizational skills Nice-to-haves 2 years of experience in commercial loan operations or a credit/lending environment , Knowledge of commercial loan documentation , Ability to review commercial loan documents for accuracy and agreement with approved terms , Knowledge of commercial credit products Benefits Health insurance , Tuition reimbursement , Work from home , Retirement plan Apply Job!
