Engineering Group Manager

Citibank, N.A. seeks an Engineering Group Manager for its Tampa, Florida location. Duties: Oversee the team that infrastructure, design and implementation. Plan, implement, upgrade, or monitor security measures for the protection of computer networks and information. Integrate with upstream and downstream technology systems. Develop remote indexing infrastructure which processes business multi-tenant business feeds, integration of separate blocker and checker DLP inspection engines, bespoke encrypted attachment inspection infrastructure, bespoke Large File Examiner infrastructure for large email attachments, segregated DLP endpoint infrastructure for Korean businesses, DMZ DLP infrastructure for handling off-net agents. Utilize detailed knowledge of operating procedures in order to meet audit and regulator standards. Perform cross border procedures to handle DLP incident data, regulatory requirements for incident data handling and retention requires as solved by technology solutions, handle incident data managed segment data and associated life-cycle of EDM data, financial requirements for the segregation duties for all DLP platforms, handle encrypted content at rest. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite, in accordance with Citi policies and protocols. Requirements: Requires a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent), in Computer Science, Engineering or related field and 8 years of progressively, post-baccalaureate experience as an Engineering Lead Analyst, Information Security Project Manager, Information Security Consultant or related position involving data loss prevention for local and cloud repositories. 8 years of experience must include: Preventing data exfiltration and conducting reporting to ensure compliance to Payment Card Industry, Privacy, Sarbane-Oxley standards; Designing controls and architecting solutions; Penetration testing and Vulnerability Management to maintain a secure infrastructure that supports the DLP suite; Architecting Data Loss Protection tools.
