As a Loan Officer Assistant at Innovation Mortgage, you’ll get to shadow licensed loan officers, learn the mortgage biz from the ground up, and take your career to the next level. We’ll provide all the hands-on training and support you need, plus we’ll help you get licensed to become a loan officer. What You’ll Be Doing: • Shadowing pros: Hang out with licensed loan officers and see how the mortgage world really works • Calling leads: Use our dialer to connect with potential clients and give them the best mortgage deals we’ve got • Learning the ropes: We’ll teach you everything from the basics to the finer points of the mortgage process. No experience? No problem! • Having fun: Work hard, play hard! Between your training and calls, take a break in our hangout areas, grab a snack from our kitchen, or challenge a coworker to a game of ping pong What We Offer: • No experience is required: Don’t worry if you’ve never worked in mortgages.
