Responsibilities

Facilitate and direct the legal review, negotiation and resolution of contracts. • Develop contracts using approved model templates and develops new contract model templates for approval. • Review and evaluate proposed contracts for necessary/acceptable contract terms and conditions. • Identify and negotiate revisions as necessary. • Serve as primary liaison with contracting principals, internal departments and external parties to ensure compliance with contract specifications and resolution of issues. • May provide leadership, orientation, training, coaching, and mentoring to staff.

Requirements

Education: • High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
