Legal Office Coordinator

Description ROBERT HALF LEGAL is partnering with a multi-billion dollar privately held consumer brands company in their search for a Legal Office Coordinator. This is an on-site, full-time 40-hours per week contract opportunity based out of the company's Century City office. The expected duration of the assignment is approximately 2 months. Responsibilities • Maintain front desk/office, answer phones, and greet guests; • Assist with planning, catering, and set-up for meetings and scheduling conference rooms; • Order and stock supplies for supply room and kitchen; • Retrieve, process, and distribute incoming/outgoing correspondence, legal documents, and other materials; • Coordinate intake and assignment of new matters

Requirements

Qualifications: • Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar role. • Bachelor's degree is highly preferred. • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. • Law firm experience preferred, but not necessary.
