Position: QAD ERP Location : Remote Experience: 10+ Years Job Description: • Hands-on experience with QAD ERP (Experience with specific QAD modules such as Manufacturing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Distribution is a plus). • Strong understanding of business processes in areas such as manufacturing, procurement, finance, and inventory management. • Proficiency in QAD configuration and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve ERP issues. • Experience with SQL and report writing tools within the QAD environment. • Familiarity with QAD Automation, QAD APIs, and system integrations. • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. • Strong project management skills and experience working with cross-functional teams. Preferred Skills: • Experience with QAD Cloud or QAD EDI. • Familiarity with other ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus. • Knowledge of industry standards such as ISO 9001, Lean Manufacturing, or Six Sigma. • Familiarity with business intelligence tools and integration techniques for reporting and analytics. Qualifications: • Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). • years of experience working with QAD ERP systems. • Certifications in QAD ERP or other relevant ERP systems are a plus. • Experience in ERP-related project management is a bonus.
