With a strong focus on client satisfaction and a commitment to serving the needs of buyers and sellers in the mobile home market, our organization thrives on delivering personalized services. As an Online Chat Agent, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, providing them with information about our mobile and manufactured homes, assisting them with inquiries, and guiding them through the purchasing process. Your role is essential in creating positive first impressions and ensuring that clients feel valued and supported. Responsibilities Engage with website visitors through online chat, responding to inquiries in a timely and friendly manner. Provide accurate information about available homes, pricing, and services offered by Dragonfly Homes. Assist potential clients with their questions, concerns, and requests, ensuring a positive customer experience. Document chat interactions and escalate issues to appropriate team members when necessary. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure the accuracy of information provided. Maintain a professional demeanor and represent the companys values during all interactions. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in customer service is a plus. Previous experience in a customer service or online chat support role preferred. Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and respectfully. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle inquiries and objections with ease. Comfortable using chat software and eager to learn new tools as needed. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Knowledge of the mobile home and real estate industry is a plus but not mandatory.
