Job Title: Technical PM Location: Remote Type: Contract Activities include but not limited to: • Bachelor's Degree with Agile/Scrum, PMI ACP or PMP certification preferred. 7-10 years' experience required. • Managing the scope, schedule, staffing, budget, risks for one or more project(s) • Own & deliver the project plan, track milestones, manage risks. Conduct kick off meetings • Ability to grasp technical needs of the project and facilitate technical/non- technical conversations with various internal teams/stakeholders within company. Key skills: • Data Center Shutdown: Plan and execute data center shutdowns, ensuring minimal disruption and effective transition to new infrastructure. Should be able to detail out nuances for a data shut down effort, help with project plan updates, manage dependencies, track, monitor and completely own the IT specific side of tasks. • JIRA/Confluence Migration: Lead the migration of projects and data to JIRA and Confluence, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption. • Cloud Migration: Lead Azure cloud migration, optimization, refactoring projects and manage AWS infrastructure to support business needs. • Security Optimization: Ensure that all projects adhere to security best practices and standards. • Strong understanding of Data Center Shut down projects, CI/CD pipelines, Azure cloud migration, AWS infrastructure, Data Retention policies. • Working with stakeholders on a daily basis and conduct & own all agile ceremonies (like setting up JIRA, running daily scrum calls, sprint planning, sprint review, retro's) • Be able to work under strict timelines and manage multiple tasks/projects. • Take complete ownership and be responsible for project outcomes. • Tracking, Monitoring project progress and providing appropriate reporting for senior leadership. • Willingness to work on short term enterprise-wide initiatives/projects on ad hoc basis outside of assigned project(s). • Ability to learn processes & procedures and align project deliverables with strategic goals/vision. • Coming up with detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities. • Work with stakeholders & team to discuss project specifications and procedures.
