Live chat support agent- REMOTE PT/FT

This is a remote position, offering both part-time and full-time opportunities with a competitive salary range of $15 to $25 per hour.

Job Overview:

As a Live Chat Support Agent, you will be responsible for assisting customers with any inquiries or issues they may have via our live chat platform. You will need to provide timely and accurate information, troubleshoot problems, and ensure customer satisfaction at all times.

Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via live chat- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions- Escalate complex problems to the appropriate department- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements:
