Key Responsibilities • Reconcile bank and credit card accounts to ensure precise matching of transactions with statements. • Manage a portfolio of 10-20 client accounts, providing support with accounts payable/receivable, billing, and expense tracking. • Assist clients with payroll processing, tax filings, and sales tax obligations. • Maintain meticulous spreadsheets and records of financial transactions. • Provide daily detailed reports to your supervisor and accurately track time spent per client. • Address and resolve discrepancies within QuickBooks Online. • Support various financial tasks, including loans and budgeting, as needed. Required Skills • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Exceptional organizational and time-management capabilities. • Ability to meet deadlines and perform under pressure. • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online is essential. • High attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting. Qualifications • 1-3 years of direct experience with QuickBooks Online (mandatory). • 1-3 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience, preferably within small business environments.
