Program Assistant (Remote - MA & NC applicants only)

Sagewell creates and operates award-winning electrification and energy efficiency programs that deliver industry-leading electric vehicle load management programs at record-breaking rates. The Position Sagewell is seeking a Program Assistant to provide daily support for Sagewell’s electrification and electric vehicle load management programs. Top priorities for this position include answering phone calls and emails, providing exceptional customer service, reviewing and analyzing data related to programs, and troubleshooting other issues that may arise. Skill development opportunities may include areas of project management, operations, communications and marketing, software development, user experience or program administration. We hope to find a candidate who brings ideas to the table and is excited to be an active member of a collaborative team. This is a remote position for candidates residing in Massachusetts or North Carolina. No relocation assistance is provided. This is a permanent hourly position with anticipated hours of Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm Eastern Time. High-speed internet and quiet workspace is required for this position. Sagewell will provide a laptop. Key Responsibilities • Provide exceptional customer support • Answer incoming calls and emails, and proactively seek resolutions for existing tickets • Analyze data for energy efficiency programs • Support management via daily/weekly assignments • Maintain and expand process documentation Minimum Qualifications • Experience with Google products, specifically Sheets, Docs, Gmail and Calendar • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to multi-task • Excellent problem solving skills and interest in improving processes • Fast and independent learner Bonus Qualifications • CRM experience • HTML/website content maintenance • Experience with marketing and/or communications • Interest in energy efficiency and electric vehicles • Data analytics or AI knowledge • Advanced Excel or database skills Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week Benefits: • Health insurance • Paid time off Schedule: • Monday to Friday Application Question(s): • What do you feel like you can contribute that other candidates cannot? • What state do you live in?
