Responsibilities: • Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance in real-time via online chat platforms • Guide customers through our products and services, providing accurate and relevant information • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and complaints • Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain high-quality service standards • Maintain accurate and detailed customer records and interactions • Collaborate with team members to escalate and resolve complex customer issues • Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, policies, and procedures

Requirements
