Remote Collections Rep - Must reside in Eastern or Central Time Zones (excluding IL, OH, PA & NY)

NATIONAL ENTERPRISE SYSTEMS is an award-winning Debt Collection Agency in SOLON OH. Due to an abundance of high-quality work, we are looking for qualified collection agents with minimum two years debt collections experience (required) and strong negotiation skills to WORK FROM HOME (Please note that this position is only open to candidates residing in the Eastern and Central Time Zones, excluding Illinois, Ohio, Pennsylvania and New York. We pay $17 - $20 an hour based on experience, plus uncapped monthly commission opportunity. Our AVERAGE monthly commission here over the last 90 days exceeds $2,000, this is in ADDITION to your hourly wage! We also have numerous cash incentives throughout the month, making this a very lucrative position! Typical workday: Shifts are Monday-Friday. No weekends. 3 days a week from 8:00am-4:30pm Eastern, and 2 days a week from 10:30am-7:00pm Eastern. Fridays are always 8:00am-4:30pm. Contact consumers by phone to discuss payment options. Find creative solutions to secure payment. Maintain a high level of customer service and compliance by adhering to all relevant regulations. Accurately document customer interactions on the computer. Apply techniques offered in training and coaching for continuous improvement towards performance goals.
