Required Skills • Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. • Previous sales experience in outside sales, inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing is preferred. • A demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales targets is highly desirable. • Property & Casualty insurance license is required. • Must reside within a 30-minute radius of the office. Qualifications • Previous sales experience is preferred. • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales performance goals. • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills are necessary. • Property & Casualty license is mandatory.
