Job Description

We are seeking a Sr. Machine Learning Engineer with expertise in MLOps to lead the operationalization of machine learning models in our client's Search area. The role involves close collaboration with data scientists and leadership, requiring strong engineering skills, MLOps experience, and familiarity with platforms like Google Vertex AI. Preferred Skills: • Collaborative experience with data science teams. • Strong leadership and communication skills. • Proven ability to address business challenges with technical solutions. • Familiarity with ML tools, frameworks, and cloud-based MLOps. Key Responsibilities: • ML Platform Expertise: • Expertise in platforms like Google Vertex AI and open-source tools (TensorFlow, PyTorch). • Integration of ML frameworks with custom containers. •

• Recommender Systems:

• Hands-on work with recommendation engines using advanced ML techniques. • Software engineering for customer-facing product integration. •

• Feature Store Management:

• Manage machine learning features at scale using tools like Vertex AI Feature Store. • Maintain transparency and security in ML operations. •

• Data Management:

• Collaborate on high-quality data labeling and integration. • Use BigTable and BigQuery for ML model execution. •

• Continuous Monitoring:

• Monitor and optimize production ML systems. Additional Information: • Candidates must have strong engineering skills and Google Cloud experience (not Data Science). • Excellent communication and leadership are crucial. • Retail experience is a plus.
