Key Responsibilities

As a Personal Insurance Service Advisor, You Will • Develop robust, trusting relationships with clients during crucial interactions, including policy updates, billing inquiries, and claims consultations. • Ensure precision and efficiency in executing tasks, including managing manual declaration pages, processing downloaded policy transactions, and handling various endorsements. • Collaborate effectively with insurance carriers and internal personnel, including underwriters and marketing representatives, to deliver superior customer service and maintain positive partnerships. • Support team operations by providing backup assistance to fellow Service Advisors and Insurance Advisors, ensuring seamless workflows. Qualifications

Candidates should possess the following qualifications: • An active General Lines P&C license (Texas Department of Insurance) is required. • A minimum of two years of experience in personal lines insurance is preferred.
