The Behavioral Solutions Product Manager is responsible for the development, advancement, and day-to-day management of Behavioral solutions and products. Evernorth Behavioral Health is working to improve the ecosystem of products, services and technologies available to members to get them into the best care possible and to find innovative ways to integrate products across the enterprise, enhancing the overall customer and client experience. The Product Manager will work as a member of the Strategy & Product organization to conduct research & analysis on the biggest needs facing customers, clients, and healthcare systems in the Behavioral Health space. They will work in a fast paced, start-up like environment to develop concepts, financial models, technology and business solutions that could enable products or features of products that support Evernorth Health Services companies or Cigna Health Plan. This role requires flexibility, critical thinking, the ability to search and find answers where documentation may not be available, and to excel at building interpersonal relationships, as we work across multiple stakeholder teams including technology, portfolio & project management, business and clinical operations, network, finance, legal, and more. This role will be an individual contributor. Key Responsibilities: Build a deep understanding of the Behavioral Health landscape in order to inform project and product decisions, ideation, and long term concepts. Develop and maintain competitive market view on aligned Behavioral Health offerings Develop action plans and strategies to drive product & market position and product health Socialize product strategy with stakeholders and key partners to gain feedback and alignment Build business & product requirements partnering with capability & technology solution managers to develop competitive products & features. Actively build and maintain all applicable and comprehensive product & project documentation needed to operationalize aligned product including, but not limited to, multi-stakeholder journey maps, requirements, cost of goods sold, financial projections, and more. Foster a product management skillset, as a member of the Product organization, contribute to and support the development of Evernorth’s Product Methodology. Represent aligned product(s), features, and enhancements to internal stakeholders and in the marketplace. Partner with Marketing, Go to Market (GTM), and Sales to develop, create, and enable effective sales materials and demos to help generate opportunities and sales pipeline. Take in feedback from Sales, RFP teams, Client Account Management, Operations, and other critical stakeholders on areas of opportunity, improvement, or long term needs for inclusion in the product backlog/roadmap. Active and engaged participant in staff meetings, committees and departmental work groups to share best practices, improve processes, and/or other items Participate and contribute in formal and informal training programs and professional development activities Build constructive and effective relationships across the company. Shares ideas across teams and influences go to market strategies. Core Skills: Thrives in Complexity Manages Ambiguity Demonstrates Financial Acumen Understands complex business and technology environments Self motivated and driven to dig into complex problems Qualifications: Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience required 5+ years of experience in an enterprise corporate environment required Project Management background – ability to develop an approach, business & financial summary, and a plan to develop ideas (to next phase of project or product development) Product Methodology & Lifecycle - understand the phases and key attributes of the product lifecycle. Can work effectively as a player on a complex team, often leading and driving meetings to outcomes. Experience in reporting and data analysis. Health Data experience preferred. Experience developing workflows, process maps, journey maps, and customer personas. Experience working effectively in large, complex enterprise organizations, multiple departments/orgs, large project/product teams, and many leaders & stakeholders. Proven experience in interpreting and translating business needs into requirements. Superior communication skills including the ability to present technical information to a varied audience and lead meetings. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results with strong sense of urgency. Ability to demonstrate problem solving skills. Team player with ability to develop strong working relationships within a matrix organization. Case Management and or clinical experience a plus, but not required. Strong skills using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.). Experience with Sharepoint, Figma, Aha, Jira, Visio & Confluence needed. If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload. For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 110,700 - 184,500 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
