Required Skills: - 10 or more years of experience that includes Mobile, Web and Backend Testing. - Knowledge of software testing methodologies, techniques, and best practices. - Proficiency in backend testing, including API testing, database testing, and server-side validation. - Experience in testing mobile applications (Android or iOS) across multiple devices and platforms. - Experience in cross-platform and cross-browser testing of web applications and using testing tools. - Proficient in conducting analysis of functionality and can precisely resolve issues. - Familiarity with bug tracking systems (e.g., Jira) and test management tools. - Understand software requirements and translate them into comprehensive test plans and test cases. - Collaborate with different teams. - Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies. - Perform manual testing of backend systems, mobile and web applications to identify bugs, defects, and usability issues. - Develop comprehensive test plans and test cases based on project requirements and specifications. - Conduct functional, regression, integration, and performance testing to ensure product quality. - Collaborate with teams, including developers, product managers, and designers, to understand software requirements and contribute to the improvement of software quality. - Identify, document, and track defects using bug tracking systems, and work with the development team to resolve issues. - Analyze test results, provide detailed reports, and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders. - Improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance effectiveness. - Stay up to date with industry best practices and latest technologies related to software testing and quality assurance. - Contribute to the creation and maintenance of test documentation, including test cases, test scripts, and test data. #ConcentrixCatalyst Location: USA, TX, Work-at-Home Language Requirements: Time Type: Physical & Mental Requirements: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to operate a computer, keyboard, telephone, headset, and other office equipment.
