What You’ll Do For this role we are looking specifically for a Masters-level student to focus on Marketing Data and Customer Engagement to help us define marketing customer journeys to bring alignment and awareness across Marketing, Media, and Data – including engagement with Salesforce Marketing and Data Clouds. This internship will also support ROI tracking and metrics for optimization and scaling opportunities. Periodic opportunities to join the team on campus for meetings and other events will be available. What You Bring • Master’s-level student • Curiosity, drive, and the ability to work independently and in a team. • Great time management and communication skills. • You’re available to work 40 hours per week for 10 weeks. (May 19 – July 25) • You will be located in North Carolina during the internship program. • You’re legally authorized to work in the United States and should not require sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future. Bonus Points • Understanding of Marketing Automation to support operational efficiencies. • Familiarity of or experience working with Teams and SharePoint • Comfortable interacting with all levels within the organization, including Senior Leadership • Knowledge of Adobe and AI tools, Digital Marketing and Prospect and Customer Databases Compensation • Master’s Students: $27/hr. Salary Range At Blue Cross NC, we take great pride in a fair and equitable compensation package that reflects market-price and our starting salaries are typically planned near the middle of the range listed. Compensation decisions are driven by factors including experience and training, specialized skill sets, licensure and certifications and other business and organizational needs.
