The Sales Operation Consultant will be responsible for daily support of the Producer Operations area functions to maximize the service level to external producers. Responsibilities include analyzing issue requests that may impact or service for Golden Outlook business; communicating with the requestor, IT, and Producer Operations staff on issue status, updates, and remediation; tracking and reporting of production issues from receipt thru resolution; identifying trends with different issue to determine if a possible systematic solution can be identified. Additional responsibilities include representing Producer Operations. for initial discussions on new Golden Outlook initiatives to determine if and/or how Producer Operations may be impacted both technically and operationally. Travel: 0-10% within USA. Schedule: Monday-Friday standard business hours. No holidays! Once trained the role will be hybrid 2 days remote and 3 days working onsite in the Downey, CA office. You’ll enjoy the flexibility to telecommute* from anywhere within California as you take on some tough challenges. Primary Responsibilities: • Responsible for the daily support of the sales function to minimize the administrative work of producers • Responsibilities include analyzing and reporting sales data, communicating changes to sales plans, providing knowledge about customers and competitors, communicating pricing data, and managing the operational logistics of sales meetings and activities • Works closely with sales and other functional leaders to develop and maintain the operational infrastructure supporting sales recruiting, goal setting, training and onboarding, troubleshooting order processing issues and producer requests, and sales-related information systems and procedures • Generally work is self-directed and not prescribed • Works with less structured, more complex issues • Serves as a resource to others • Salesforce Marketing cloud administration & communications • Seasonal flexibility is needed during September-December of each year You’ll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in. Required Qualifications: • Associates Degree (or higher) OR 2+ years of equivalent experience in operations • 3+ years of Medicare and/or Healthcare sales or sales support experience • 2+ years of experience excellent relationship building skills to communicate value propositions • 2+ years of experience effectively manage business plans and timelines • Expert level of proficiency with communication skills both verbal and written Preferred Qualifications: • Certified Golden Outlook Sales Force administrator (CRM) • Proficient Sales Force experience • Minimum of 2 year’s business development skills • All Telecommuters will be required to adhere to UnitedHealth Group’s Telecommuter Policy. California Residents Only: The salary range for California residents is $70,200 to $137,800 per year. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
