Sales Setter (High-Ticket) - Remote in US

Were looking for passionate, driven Sales Setters to join our high-performing team and ignite lives across the globe. In this role, youll set high-value conversations for our Closer team by engaging warm prospects interested in our business coaching. Our Sales Setters have dynamic conversations and connect with each prospects unique needs. Your role will focus on building trust quickly and guiding clients to the next steps that can change their lives. Why Work Here: • Learn directly from industry leaders, including Tony Robbins and Dean Graziosi • Base salary ($28k) with commission and OTE of $55k-70k in your first year • Performance-based growth track to join our Closer team, with OTE $150k+ annually based on performance • Full benefits, including a 401(K) with matching program • Vibrant in-office culture for Phoenix, AZ-based candidates and remote options for top performers • High-level sales training and a supportive team culture that promotes growth Responsibilities: • Conduct high-volume outreach (110-130+ outbound dials per day) to warm leads who are interested in business coaching • Build rapport and spark excitement quickly, guiding prospects through the discovery phase to a booked call with our Closer team • Maintain detailed records of interactions and follow up with past prospects to reignite interest • Keep current on Mastermind.coms product offerings and industry trends to educate clients effectively • Deliver a best-in-class client experience with every interaction, aiming to exceed monthly KPIs Requirements: • Prior setting or sales experience, ideally in appointment setting or outbound calling • A sales-driven mindset with the ability to engage clients in a personable, non-scripted style • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-call-volume environment • Strong multitasking, critical thinking, and detail orientation • Proficiency with social media and CRM tools is a plus • Career-oriented with a commitment to excellence and growth • Flexible availability, including some weekends, evenings, and mornings as needed How to Apply: Are you confident youre the perfect fit for this role?
