Fraud Specialist (Earn Php 26,000 Salary Package)

This a Full Remote job, the offer is available from: United States, California (USA) Overview: A Fraud Specialist is responsible in developing quality standards, conducting tests and identifying issues in the production of our products or services. You will ensure our final products meet our organization's standards across the board. Responsibilities: What you’ll be doing: • Answer incoming calls from customers and respond to fraud-related inquiries. • Make decisions on accounts based on your analysis and review of the accounts. • Identify, prevent, investigate, and resolve fraudulent activities and irregularities happening to customers’ accounts. • Assist customers when requesting to place international calls. • Assist with the unlocking of devices when required. • Escalate new and emerging fraud trends to management and apply detection strategies to be implemented to counteract fraudulent activities.
