Full-Time Field Nurse RN ($5,000 Sign-on Bonus)

We are currently seeking compassionate and experienced Full-Time Field RNs to conduct home visits for our patients across all boroughs, with a focus on Brooklyn/Queens or Bronx/Manhattan. We work closely with hospitals, physicians, and private caregivers for hire to develop and coordinate individual care plans, all while upholding our clients' independence at home. Compensation: • Salary: $100,000 to $110,000 based on home visit experience • $5,000 Sign-on Bonus • Travel Compensation • Health Insurance • Paid Time Off • Holiday Pay • Dental Insurance • 401(k) • Vision Insurance • Life Insurance • Disability Insurance • Additional Benefits Schedule: • Monday to Friday, 8-9 AM to 5 PM Responsibilities: • Assess patient and family situations for nursing and health-related issues. • Educate patients and families on disease processes, self-care techniques, and prevention strategies. • Document all nursing services provided in a timely manner and prepare periodic reports to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. • Instruct and supervise patients, caregivers, and home health aides in aspects of patient care as appropriate. • Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications: • 1-2 years of experience in Homecare or Long-term care preferred. • Valid New York State RN License. • Strong assessment and clinical skills. • Bilingual in Spanish and Mandarin is a plus. • Professional liability insurance. • Must have access to a reliable automobile and be willing to cover two boroughs (Brooklyn & Queens or Bronx & Manhattan).
