Insurance Agent - Licensed Life & Health
Description: Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospects with the goal of enrolling them in relevant insurance products Build rapport with callers to gain trust and understanding; gather all required data Determine eligibility and maintain/improve quality results by adhering to established standards and guidelines Update job knowledge by studying new product descriptions; participate in educational opportunities Manage prospect follow-up calls to ensure timely responses Accurately process application/ information in systems; track and record outcomes, issues and inquiries and escalate as needed Requirements: An active state Life or Life and Health insurance license Basic PC keyboarding skills and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) experience Must complete the state exam for your life and health license prior to starting your on-the-job training Preferred: Experience working with POS applications Previous remote or call center experience 2+ years of sales experience Benefits: Medical, dental and vision benefits Paid training & PTO Advancement opportunities 80% of our frontline leaders have been promoted from within Employee Discounts EAP & Health and Wellness programs including a personal trainer dedicated to Sutherland Apply Job!
