This role is pivotal in advancing Tiffany & Co.'s DEIB strategy with a specific focus on advancing our DEIB strategy goals within our retail teams. With a focus on developing and implementing strategies that improve multicultural clienteling, communications, and strengthen our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs). This role will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that promote DEIB across the organization, ensuring that our workforce reflects the diverse clients we serve and the varied communities in which we operate. Location: This position is in-person at our Corporate Office in New York City.

Responsibilities

Retail Team Support: • Collaborate with retail excellence and retail learning teams and retail leadership to integrate DEIB principles into daily operations and clients’ interactions • Provide training and resources to retail staff to improve their understanding and ability to serve diverse clients effectively • Multicultural Clienteling: • Design and execute strategies to engage and support a diverse client base, ensuring a personalized and culturally relevant customer experience • Work closely with marketing and sales teams to build campaigns and materials that resonate with multicultural audiences • Supervise and analyze client feedback to continuously improve multicultural clienteling efforts • Communications: • Lead the development and execution of internal and external DEIB communications • Employee Resource Groups (ERGs): • Support the establishment, growth, and efficiency of ERGs within the organization at global level • Provide mentorship, resources, and training to ERG leaders to help them achieve their goals and champion a sense of community • Metrics and Reporting: • Develop and supervise key performance indicators (KPIs) related to DEIB initiatives with a focus on retail environments • Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement • Leadership and Accountability: • Strengthen the inclusive-leadership capabilities of managers and executives • Hold leaders accountable for progress on DE&I goals • Training and Development: • Develop and deliver training programs passionate about multicultural awareness, inclusive communication, and other DEIB-related topics for retail teams • Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree Business Administration, HR, Communications, or a related field • 5+ years of experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion roles, with a focus on retail environments and multicultural clienteling • Retail experience • Proven experience in developing and implementing DEI strategies and initiatives • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels • Experience in managing and supporting Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadline • Dedication to continuous learning and staying current with DEI best practices and trends. • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and influence at all levels of the organization • Salary: The hiring range for this position is $129k-$160k.
