This full-time position offers a competitive salary based on experience, ranging from $28,000 to $50,000 per year, with opportunities for commission and bonuses. Requirements • Licensing Requirements: • Candidate must have an active Property and Casualty License • Must be fluent in Spanish, along with proficiency in English to be considered. • Allstate experience strongly preferred. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel. • Meticulous attention to detail in all tasks and responsibilities. • Collaborative and supportive team member who fosters a positive work environment. • Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal. • Demonstrates professionalism and respect in all interactions within the office environment.
