Casualty Claims Consultant, National Bodily Injury

Process and manage National Bodily Injury claims in a timely and efficient manner Utilize expertise in insurance policies and procedures to accurately evaluate and analyze claims Communicate effectively with customers, providing updates and guidance throughout the claims process Collaborate with other team members, including adjusters, attorneys, and medical professionals, to gather necessary information and resolve claims Maintain accurate and detailed records of claims, including documentation of investigations, evaluations, and settlements Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and trends to ensure compliance and effective claims handling Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns and inquiries promptly and professionally Use strong analytical skills to review and interpret data, identify patterns and trends, and make informed decisions on claims Work independently and effectively manage a caseload of claims while meeting or exceeding performance metrics Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness in handling claims.
