Key Responsibilities Establish and nurture robust customer relationships, ensuring timely and effective follow-up. Provide education on insurance and financial offerings through a needs-oriented approach. Manage day to day customer interactions to resolve customer concerns through communications with our corporate partners. Gather information from policyholders as needed for the proper issuance of policies. Required Skills A keen interest and concern for a high level of customer service. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. A strong aptitude for problem-solving with a people-centric approach. Meticulous attention to detail and proficiency in basic computer applications. Ability to work collaboratively within a team and demonstrate initiative independently. At least one year of State Farm experience is required.
