Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Mortgage Loan Originator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in the mortgage industry, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain relationships with real estate agents, builders, and other industry professionals to generate leads and build a referral base Meet with clients to discuss their financial needs and recommend loan products that meet their objectives. Collect and analyze financial information to determine loan eligibility and structure.Communicate with clients throughout the loan process to ensure a smooth and timely closing Meet or exceed monthly production goals and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
