Accounts Payable Specialist: Expense Reimbursement

We have an exciting job opportunity for an Accounts Payable Specialist to work for our client on a long term contract basis. This Accounts Payable Specialist will work directly with the decision makers and executive team. What better way to learn and do more than to work with the powers that be?! This Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for assisting with: • Processing employee reimbursements (expense reports) • Managing PCards (corporate credit cards) • Creating vendors in the system • Daily import of invoices, transactional entry, and correction entry. • Support and maintain invoice workflow and invoice release/hold process. • Assist with departmental process and procedures. Qualifications: • 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience • Experience with Employee expense reimbursements and corporate credit cards If you have the above experience, please apply.
