In this remote role, you’ll call on periodontists, oral surgeons, and endodontists, building relationships and creating opportunities for them to join our Moonshot Program. You’ll focus on generating referrals and converting prospects into valued members. Role Overview As our Practice Growth Consultant, you will: • Generate and nurture leads by cold calling, networking, and leveraging our existing customer base. • Build and manage a self-created system to track leads, referrals, and prospects effectively. • Collaborate with the internal team to align outbound marketing efforts with your sales initiatives. • Engage and convert specialist dental professionals (periodontists, oral surgeons, and endodontists) into program participants. • Meet or exceed sales targets, including generating 100+ referrals and converting 60+ professionals into members within a defined timeframe. What We’re Looking For • Experience: A proven track record in sales, preferably calling on doctors, dentists, or other hard-to-reach professionals. Experience in the dental industry and selling to specialists is highly preferred. • Skills: Exceptional relationship-building skills with a knack for getting past gatekeepers. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for managing a self-driven system of tracking leads. • Mindset: A hunger for success, a competitive edge, and a commitment to achieving ambitious goals.
