About the position Vox Transaction Services is seeking a Real Estate Transaction Coordinator to manage and oversee all administrative aspects of real estate transactions from start to finish. This role involves coordinating paperwork, scheduling inspections, communicating with all parties involved, ensuring deadlines are met, and facilitating a smooth closing process. The coordinator acts as a liaison between buyers, sellers, real estate agents, and other relevant parties. Responsibilities • Preparing and reviewing contracts, addendums, and disclosures to ensure accuracy and completeness. , • Handling all administrative paperwork related to the transaction, including submitting required documents to title companies and lenders. , • Scheduling property inspections, appraisals, final walkthroughs, and other necessary appointments. , • Acting as the primary point of contact for all parties involved in the transaction, keeping them updated on progress. , • Monitoring critical dates and deadlines throughout the transaction and reminding all parties of upcoming requirements. , • Coordinating the escrow process, ensuring all necessary funds are deposited and disbursed on time. , • Ensuring adherence to all local real estate regulations and legal requirements. , • Maintaining accurate records of all transaction details in the relevant database system. , • Completing necessary post-closing paperwork and following up with clients. Requirements • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. , • Strong communication (phone, text, and email), interpersonal, and email writing skills. , • Proficiency in real estate contracts and legal documents. , • Knowledge of local real estate regulations and procedures. , • Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously and meet deadlines. , • Computer literacy and proficiency with real estate management software and Google Suite (email, contacts, spreadsheets, drive). , • Willingness to work as a team and individually. Nice-to-haves • 1 year of administrative experience (preferred). , • Real Estate License (preferred). , • Ability to commute to Milwaukee, WI 53217 (preferred).
