In this role, you will provide strategic guidance, oversight, and direction to ensure that all benefits programs are administered in compliance with company policy and regulations. You will also ensure that all relevant data and documents are accurately maintained and tracked.The ideal candidate should have a bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field, and a minimum of five years of experience in benefit plan administration.
