Fractional Tax Senior
Description: As a Fractional Tax Senior you could spend a few hours a month up to full-time availability applying your technical and account management skill set across a variety of clients and industries. The Fractional Tax Senior oversees the delivery of a full range of tax services in compliance with laws and regulations to multiple clients. This role is proactive and solution oriented, offering depth of experience to our clients in the fast-paced world of start-up accounting. A successful Fractional Tax Senior at Escalon has a high level of technical tax proficiency, a positive attitude, and a desire to grow as a professional. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field, and/or equivalent work experience. 3+ years in a busy, complex tax environment. CPA, JD, or EA license required. Proficient in tax software and Microsoft Office suite. Experience with tech start up organizations preferred but will train the right person.
