Position Overview: As a Trainee Insurance Adjuster, you will assist in evaluating insurance claims, gathering evidence, and determining the validity of claims. You’ll receive comprehensive on-the-job training, guidance from experienced adjusters, and support in obtaining the necessary licensing and certifications. Key Responsibilities: • Assist in reviewing and processing insurance claims under the supervision of experienced adjusters. • Learn to assess damages, gather necessary documentation, and prepare reports for claims evaluation. • Communicate effectively with clients, agents, and other stakeholders to gather information. • Learn how to use claims management software and tools effectively. • Provide excellent customer service by addressing any client questions or concerns related to claims. Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent (Some college coursework in business, finance, or insurance-related fields is a plus). • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Eagerness to learn and develop professionally in the insurance industry. • Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) are a plus.
