Our work depends on a SharePoint / Systems Administrator joining our CNIC Applications Support team which provides system administration and development/maintenance support of Commander, Navy Installation Command (CNIC) applications (G2 Ops). *This position is pending contract award.** HOW OUR SHAREPOINT SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR WILL MAKE AN IMPACT: Sr. SharePoint / Systems Administrator for CNC G2 applications. Performs SharePoint/Systems Administrator on multiple multi-tiered Farms supporting online collaboration services for a global audience. Adhere to Federal compliance security practices while maintaining high performance & availability service level agreements. Supports software developers, data and infrastructure competencies in an Agile environment delivering added business value to the customer. Perform SharePoint deliverables Daily Server Checks Monitor SCOM Alerts Patching (ad-hoc & routine) ONV Password Resets EIM QA/PROD Deployments Account re-enablement troubleshooting Support for Ad-hoc requests from EIM teams Coordinate with SDP via IssueTrak tickets Monitor logs Troubleshoot Tier II/III tickets impacting platform availability Support for G2 Platform Projects (Server Upgrades, Rollover Projects, SPO Migration, JBAB and Saratoga Re-Alignment) WHAT YOU'LL NEED: Security Clearance Level: Active Secret clearance with completed T5 Investigation Required Experience: 6 years of relevant IT experience Experience managing SharePoint hosted on Windows Servers/VMs in a datacenter. Required Certifications: DoD 8570 IAT II compliant - CompTIA Security+ CE Education: BS Degree or equivalent Computer Science or IT related degree Location: Remote Timeline: This position is pending contract award. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
