Job Overview We are looking for dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our dynamic team as Instructional Support Assistants. Key Responsibilities Collaborate closely with lead teachers to cultivate an engaging and effective learning atmosphere. Assist in delivering lesson plans and reinforcing learning concepts in both small group and one-on-one settings. Support students in maintaining focus, adhering to classroom routines, and exhibiting positive behavior. Contribute to classroom management by implementing effective learning strategies and upholding classroom guidelines. Aid in maintaining accurate student records and tracking individual progress. Provide tailored support through individualized instruction aimed at addressing specific academic needs with research-backed interventions. Facilitate open communication between teachers and families, participating in team meetings and sharing insights regarding student development. Engage in continuous professional development to enhance teaching methods and meet the diverse needs of students. Assist with various administrative tasks, including lunch/recess duties, arrival/dismissal procedures, and general classroom preparation. Required Skills Strong oral communication abilities. Capacity to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced educational setting. Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information. Qualifications A minimum of two years of college education. Prior experience working with children is essential.
