Key Responsibilities • Provide online instruction to small groups of students (2-6 students) in AP Statistics. • Utilize existing teaching materials to enhance student comprehension and engagement. • Evaluate student performance through assignments and deliver timely, constructive feedback to foster academic improvement. • Ensure timely completion of the curriculum by all students within designated timelines. Required Skills • In-depth knowledge of the AP Statistics curriculum. • Strong communication and instructional abilities. • Capability to engage and motivate learners effectively. • Experience with online teaching platforms is advantageous. • Collaborative mindset when working with colleagues and students. Qualifications • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant subject area (Master's, Ph.D., or EdD preferred). • Minimum of 1 year of teaching experience in the relevant subject area, with a preference for high school experience. • Availability for 4-6 time slots per week. • A flexible and cooperative approach to working with staff and students, fueled by a genuine passion for teaching. • Willingness to accommodate some evening and weekend hours.
