Senior Tutor Training Specialist, Rosetta Stone
Rosetta Stone, the experts in language learning with products that provide an immersive learning experience, is seeking an enthusiastic individual to join the Rosetta Stone language tutoring team and support the onboard and ongoing training of tutors across 24 languages. As a Senior Tutor Training Language Specialist, you will provide training and support to tutors who deliver online tutoring sessions. You are passionate about language education, with a strong background in training and development. You are a team player and have a desire to be part of a collaborative, goal-oriented team. This is a full-time remote position for candidates living in the United States. What You'll Be Doing Create and deliver comprehensive internal tutor training programs, ensuring high-quality instruction and adherence to Rosetta Stones methodology Facilitate onboarding process for new tutors Work closely with the language tutoring leadership team to offer coaching and support to tutors Demonstrate expertise in the quality assurance process, including delivering evaluations in a wide range of languages and leading meetings to calibrate quality assurance evaluations Extract, organize and communicate data related to tutoring performance and outcomes Deliver tutoring sessions for a diverse range of learners in all products offered by Rosetta Stone Assist in development of new tutoring lessons and materials What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree Fluent in multiple languages preferred 5+ years of experience in language instruction Ability to anticipate needs and act independently to deliver results, showing resourcefulness in tackling tasks and projects Excellent written and verbal communication skills Knowledgeable in instructional design principles, with experience creating engaging and informative training materials Self-starter and quick learner with a passion for teaching and learning languages About IXL Learning IXL Learning is the country's largest EdTech company.
