Key Responsibilities Design and execute engaging and innovative activities aligned with our educational curriculum and standards. Support children in achieving developmental milestones and assist with their schoolwork or remote learning needs. Provide active supervision and interaction with students, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment. Maintain open communication with children, parents, and fellow staff members to address the needs of each child in our care. Conduct observations and document children's progress effectively. Adapt to various classroom settings while upholding a positive and flexible demeanor. Prioritize the safety and well-being of all children at all times. Required Skills In-depth understanding of child development principles and early learning standards. Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities tailored to both children and adults. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team of professionals. Basic computer skills for communication and documentation purposes. Qualifications A minimum of a High School Diploma or GED is required. A clean background check is mandatory. CPR and First Aid certification must be obtained within 90 days of hiring. Previous experience working with children in educational or childcare settings is preferred, but non-school-related experiences are also welcomed. Knowledge of early childhood education and developmental milestones is advantageous. Experience in planning lessons and activities that comply with educational standards is desirable. Familiarity with positive discipline techniques and classroom management strategies is a plus. Comfortable with flexible scheduling and adapting to different classroom environments.
