Responsibilities • Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and cater to diverse learning styles. • Utilize various teaching methods and technologies to enhance student engagement and understanding. • Assess student performance through standardized testing and regular evaluations, providing feedback to students and parents. • Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages student participation, collaboration, and respect. • Mentor students, providing guidance in both academic and personal development. • Collaborate with fellow educators, education administration, and support staff to create an integrated approach to education. • Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate effectively with parents regarding their child’s development. • Organize library services and literacy education initiatives to promote reading and research skills among students. Skills • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues. • Experience with standardized testing procedures and assessment strategies. • Familiarity with private school educational frameworks is preferred but not mandatory. • Proficient in lesson planning, ensuring lessons are engaging and educationally sound. • Attention to detail in proofreading materials for accuracy before distribution. • Knowledge of learning technology tools that enhance the educational experience. • Understanding of education administration processes to support school operations. • Ability to mentor students in both academic subjects and social skills development. • Experience or knowledge in library services to assist students in research projects. • A commitment to literacy education, promoting reading comprehension across all subjects.
