About the Role
As a Sales & Marketing Intern, you will play a key role in engaging with clients, executing marketing campaigns, and providing academic support to students. Key Responsibilities
GCC Administrative Responsibilities Respond to client inquiries via email, WhatsApp, and social media to ensure excellent customer service. Assist with scheduling and follow-ups to enhance customer engagement. Sales & Marketing Duties Engage with potential clients through social media and online channels to generate leads and drive engagement. Develop and execute marketing strategies, including: Active posting on social media platforms Designing and sending email marketing campaigns Re-engaging with previous clients to build long-term relationships Student Academic Support Prepare and send academic reports to students following consultation calls, ensuring clear communication of their progress and recommendations. Who We're Looking For Fluent in English & Arabic (Both spoken and written) Currently a student (University/College) Strong communication and customer service skills Experience or interest in social media marketing & sales Ability to work independently and proactively Familiarity with tools like WhatsApp Business, Instagram, Facebook, and email marketing platforms is a plus!
