Job Description: We are interviewing paraprofessionals in South Burlington, VT! We are looking for compassionate and dedicated individuals to assist in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment for our students. This role involves supporting teachers, assisting students with their daily activities, and contributing to the overall educational experience. Details: • Full Time Opportunities • Onsite Only • ASAP - June 2025 • Several Openings • Caseload: 1:1 Aide with Special Education elementary students • Hourly Pay: $20-24+ (depending on level of experience) • Responsibilities: • Assist teachers in the classroom with instructional support • Provide one-on-one assistance to students as needed • Help manage classroom behavior and maintain a positive learning environment • Support students with special needs, ensuring they have access to the curriculum • Assist students with toileting/diapering if needed • Prepare and organize teaching materials and resources • Supervise students during non-classroom activities, such as recess or lunch Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework or a paraprofessional certification preferred • Experience working with special education students preferred • Must be comfortable with commute and have reliable transportation • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and school staff • Patience, empathy, and a commitment to supporting student learning Perks: • Insurance package: Medical, Dental and Vision • 401K Matching • Weekly W2 Pay If this sounds like a good fit, please apply down below with an updated resume.
