Job Overview Join our dynamic team of dedicated educators as an ESL Teacher in a fully remote role that allows you to teach from the comfort of your own home. Key Responsibilities • Deliver engaging and interactive lessons to students in a personalized one-on-one setting. • Utilize an app-based platform to conduct lessons and manage educational materials effectively. • Prepare and leverage provided teaching resources to facilitate students' academic progress. • Foster a professional and supportive online classroom atmosphere. • Maintain availability for classes during peak hours, Monday to Friday from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM (Singapore Time), with optional weekend sessions. • Offer constructive feedback and encouragement to support students in achieving their educational goals. Required Skills • Proficient technology skills to navigate and utilize teaching applications effectively. • Excellent communication abilities for providing clear and constructive feedback. • Capability to maintain a professional and supportive online learning environment. Qualifications • A Bachelor's degree or higher in education or a related discipline. • A valid teaching certification or equivalent qualification issued by a recognized local authority or teacher association. • A minimum of 1 year of teaching experience, preferably in local or international school settings, including overseas experience.
