Required Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience in customer service or call center preferred. Proficient in using chat and call center software. Strong typing and computer skills required. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing situations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
