Key Responsibilities Develop and execute effective Facebook ad campaigns focused on generating sales and achieving KPIs. Conduct audience research to identify and target the right demographics, behaviors, and interests. Create compelling ad copy, visuals, and CTAs that capture attention and drive conversions. Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to ensure maximum ROI. Use A/B testing to refine ad strategies and improve outcomes. Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaigns with overall business goals. Stay updated on the latest Facebook advertising trends, tools, and best practices. Qualifications: 5-7 years of experience in Facebook advertising, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful sales-driven campaigns. Expertise in Facebook Ads Manager, Pixel setup, and event tracking. Strong analytical skills and experience using data to make informed campaign decisions. Creative mindset with the ability to craft engaging ad copy and visuals. Knowledge of retargeting strategies, lookalike audiences, and custom audiences.
